LOVE pajamas, customer service could improve
Color is amazing, pajamas are high quality and so soft. I am 5’4’’ about 118 lb and the size small is just how I like- loose and comfortable. XS would have worked if I wanted them more fitted.
I’m disappointed in the marketing as I got an email with the subject line saying free shipping was added to my cart, but when I placed my order there was no free shipping. I contacted customer service and they said it was only for orders $150 and above. So if my cart only
Contained $148 of items, why would it say it added free shipping? Seems like false advertising and is disappointing.
