Returns

Holiday 2024 Returns Policy: Orders placed between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 will be returnable until January 15, 2025.
For domestic orders, we happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store. For international orders, we only offer returns online.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
We do not accept returns on items that are Made-to-Order or are marked FINAL SALE.
We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.
Domestic Orders: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
International Orders: We charge a $25.00 restocking fee on each order returned.

Hooray for Color!
In a world of bland bed linens, these really stand out. The issue I have with them is quality control; the dye-lot from piece to piece in one set can vary too much to be acceptable. There is also an inventory control issue with this collection; there are such infrequent shipments that if you miss one, you can wait months and months until you can get the items again.
