Returns

Holiday 2024 Returns Policy: Orders placed between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 will be returnable until January 15, 2025.
For domestic orders, we happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store. For international orders, we only offer returns online.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
We do not accept returns on items that are Made-to-Order or are marked FINAL SALE.
We do not offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes.
Domestic Orders: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
International Orders: We charge a $25.00 restocking fee on each order returned.

I was very disappointed with the Jemina sheet set. The sheets were two different colors and the pattern was faded on one of the sheets. I was told that it was due to the hand made nature when in reality it was poor quality and should never have been sold. Returned!

Best sheets ever!!!
Roller Rabbit never disappoints with their sheet sets. Although some may say they are too expensive, I feel they are worth the quality. My other sheets from Roller Rabbit have lasted for over 10 years and I expect these will do the same.
